I was a chef. A friend of mine offered me work in construction when the pandemic hit. I was very grateful and fortunate to have work while many people were stuck at home and jobless without any income. I saw how my friend and his partner were using the BRRRR method to build their rental portfolios. I began asking more and more questions, and becoming interested in real estate for my own financial security. I ultimately want to provide my family with financial freedom and security. I am new to the game and don’t know what avenue I will take yet in the real estate game. However, I am eager to learn and hopefully meet a mentor to help guide me. It’s a pleasure and an honor to be part of this community. Looking forward to making new connections!
