New investor. I've been an Airbnb host since 2013. I began by first hacking from my own home on the central coast of California (and heading out with the family in our vintage trailer) and later set up and managed a local beach property. I've helped quite a few people think through how to house hack for Airbnb and have now purchased my first vacation rental in Palm Springs, CA. Am considering either a second vacation rental in PS or the possibility of beginning my BRRRR in the Tulsa, OK area.
