In 2005, my husband and I bought our first house which promptly depreciated when the housing bubble burst just a year or two later. I began researching better ways to make financial decisions and real estate investments in order to achieve financial independence. Now I have invested in numerous real estate deals including buy and hold rentals, multi-family investments, flips, duplex conversions and more. In 2019, I made the jump in my career from marketing and sales to become a realtor full-time.
