Aloha! I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Honolulu and Rental Property Investor. As a Realtor I work with many types of clients from investors to VA loan buyers and pride myself in being the most dedicated and hardest worker my clients will ever work with, while providing premium services and accurate market data. As a Rental Property Investor I focus on DIY live in rehabs while using my VA loan. I'm always on the search for the next great deal or "Hacks" that will maximize my returns. I have done massive SOLO DIY property over halls on our current rehabs, that have significantly increased the value and greatly improved the flow and aesthetics of the properties. I am interested in finding new value markets to expand my rental portfolio and providing anyone knowledge on Real Estate, Rental Property Investing, or DIY projects.
