Nearing retirement age. Enjoying the adventure of REI. Experience: In past 30 months have purchased 7 properties - 5 buy and hold and 2 flips (1 of those flips we sold as an owner financed deal). Have converted some retirement funds to a self directed 401k and have financed 2 of our deals with that strategy. Real Estate Goals: $3000+ per month cash flow from buy and hold properties within 4 years. Currently Seeking: Advice for using checkbook 401(k) as down payments for number of rental properties.
