Glenn Clapp

I am an engineering manager at a local technology company and have become interested in investing and real estate recently. Experience: I have a single family property that I have owned for almost 25 years and has been a rental for the last five. My experience is very limited and I have used a property manager since the beginning. I have now read almost all of the Rich Dad books and attended some seminars. I'm working with a mentor and gradually growing my connections, but it is clear I have only scratched the surface of what I need to and want to know. Real Estate Goals: Expand to more rental properties, preferably multi-family and ultimately grow into apartment buildings. My strategy of choice at this time is to buy, rehab, rent, refinance, and repeat. Currently Seeking: Friends, colleagues, and advisers in real estate, tax, asset protection, and general investing.
