I had 3 houses I rented for about 5 years and sold them about 15 years ago due to raising my child by myself and busy with job. I recently sold a property that I had lived in for about 15 years and took the profit and purchased for cash a fixer upper that I am currently living in. Once I fix it up I plan to buy another fixer upper and rehab and rent it out, and so on.
