I am a full time experienced real estate investor who buys single family homes in Madison and Limestone counties of Alabama that I maintain in a rental property portfolio. To date, I've purchased six properties, four of which are current rentals. Rather than build a large portfolio of rental homes, I prefer to keep a manageable number and focus on strategies to accelerate paying off mortgages. I am also a very experienced stock/bond/option investor. I had a long, successful corporate career in several high tech industries and have an MBA in investment finance from The University of Alabama.
