ABOUT ME I work full time as a Solution Engineer at a tech start up located in Chicago. Eight months ago I had zero exposure to real estate (no really, I didn't even know what refinancing was). Since then I have had my eyes opened to the possibility of utilizing REI to achieve financial freedom! When I am not exploring BP, listening to real estate podcasts or reading business books you can find me running, climbing, cooking, and the occasional Netflix binge. MY REAL ESTATE GOALS I am new to real estate and looking to learn, network, and purchase my first multifamily rental property in Cincinnati within the next 90 days! Long term I would like to generate enough passive income to where I can "retire" in 10 years. My currrent strategy of choice is buy and hold/househack. WHY CINCI? Maybe it's the ever present hometown feeling despite being a major metropolitan area. Or maybe it's that flutter of excitement I get every time I am on my way back from Chicago and see a billboard for Skyline. In the nearly 20 years that I have gotten to know this city, I have seen it grow in unexpected ways and I am excited to be a part of that in the 20 years to come! HOW I CAN HELP YOU If you are an OOS investor interested in Cincinnati, consider me your "boots on the ground". Data, numbers, and maps are AMAZING for evaluating neighborhoods but I can share my subjective opinions or be your eyes and ears! HOW YOU CAN HELP ME Have a cash flowing multi-family in a B or C neighborhood you are looking to offload from your portfolio? No? How about a wealth of knowledge on how you built your portfolio, tips & tricks, or advice for a newbie that you can't wait to share? If so, I would like to buy you a cup of coffee and hear more about it!
