I’m a practicing dentist on the south side of Indianapolis. I've been in real estate since dental school where I bought a house and rented out the extra bedrooms to friends. I’ve done many successful flips over the years. I own a portfolio of sfh/mfh rentals with a partner. However, all of these require a significant investment of time. What I have found to be very passive and more profitable for me, is diversifying my investments in apartment and self storage opportunities.
