About myself
I'm a real estate investor here in Michigan. I deal only with local deals currently. I focus on fix and flips and rentals. I'm really liking to increase my rental portfolio. I work with a few private lenders and use my own funds on some projects as well. Always looking for new contacts for private money, HMLs, commercial mortgage companies, wholesalers and realtors.
