Always understood that real estate is one of the few means to true wealth creation. Experience: Got into real estate as agent and superintendent for a small boutique broker and builder more than a decade ago. I worked for other large spec/tract builders for a few years before starting my own company. Most of my experience has been in the single family asset class from development, building, buying, selling, and flipping real estate. I am currently a License Real Estate Broker and a builder/developer. Real Estate Goals: Personal Goal for my personal investment is to shift focus to more passive income asset classes such as Multifamily (minimum 2 units), Multifamily (apartments of any size) and NNN commercial spaces. Implement acquisition strategies such as purchasing property at tax liens auctions, off market, and fsbo's. Hope to have at least 5 income producing properties before the end of 2019 and in 10 years, hope to generate $10M annually in cash flow from my investments into other businesses outside of real estate and real estate investment portfolio. I am also interested in networking and expanding my investor base.
