I am a professional commercial Interior Designer by profession. I have had my own business since 1997 and love my work. I do not do residential Interior Design but love the construction and Real Estate parts of buying and holding properties. We have 5 single family rentals and have just started our first flip...learning a lot. I enjoy talking to fellow investors, learning from their experiences and sharing their excitement. Experience: We have slowly purchased a rental property every few years in anticipation of the cash flow down the road. We typically did most of the renovation work ourselves and manage our own properties. Real Estate Goals: Now doing my first flip, I hope learn a lot from this first one, including how not to overbuild the project. Would like to do a few more flips and then get into a small multifamily unit. Currently Seeking: Always looking for interaction with others doing similar or slightly larger projects. Would like to learn from someone with experience with small multifamily units. I am good at finding creative solutions, have a good sense of scale and proportion and understand construction and codes. I am anxious to share my ideas with you and share the excitement for your project.
