I live in Canada but primarily invest in RE in the US. I am invested in a few properties in Phoenix and Columbus. I use the services of two property managers: one in each city. I am interested in expanding the portfolio either in one of those cities or through expanding (diversifying) to another good rental market. The objective is generating additional monthly income for retirement over the next 5 years.
