Moving from SFR to syndicated deals for mid-size multifamily (20-75 units). Currently hold a personal portfolio of 16 properties with 21 units. Looking to make my business and team scalable as we enter into this next chapter of REI. San Antonio is a great market and have enjoyed a lot of success so far here.
