Jacob Grant

Hello, My name is Jake. I'm very interested in real estate investing. I currently work full time and I'm saving money to buy my first property. I discovered Bigger Pockets on the iTunes podcast and have listened to more than a few episodes. I have only been researching for a couple of weeks, but i'm very excited about what I have found out so far. I'm not sure what my initial strategy is going to be, but I think I'd like to purchase buy and hold properties to gain a consistent cash flow. My goal Is to do my due diligence and buy my first property in the summer of 2017. I'm looking to absorb as much information as I can get, and this seems to be one of the places to do that. I've heard wonderful things about the forum community here so i'm looking to get involved with it. I want to start building a network of people to accomplish this exciting opportunity. I was not born knowing everything so I do take and consider advise seriously. I hope to be able to eventually quit my job and go full time with this within the next 10-15 years. I'm ready to get started on my new path!
