I am a Graphic Designer based in Indianapolis. I am currently own a house that I want to turn into a rental property once my wife and I find another house to buy. Or we may just elect to stay in this house for the time being and purchase some cheaper rentals in the Indianapolis Area. We are primarily interested in rental properties for the cash flow. My goal is to eventually have enough cash flow that all our monthly living expenses are paid for.
