First off my full time efforts currently are as a real estate broker. I grew up around the industry as my father was a builder and investor. Unfortunately I didn't follow him early on. I now have a triplex and am looking to add some buy and holds to help fund my retirement. I have done some construction work myself and am open to possibly doing some flips as well.
