About myself
I am a real estate investor living in Zionsville, IN. I have been buying and managing rental property in the Indianapolis Metro area since 2010. My goal is to build up a base of passive income. I am also interested in flipping houses and am looking for deals, like everyone else. I enjoy all aspects of real estate from analyzing a deal through holding and improving the property to reselling.
