Went mostly full-time into real estate investing in 2014. I currently have 105 rental units in the Kootenays. I love old houses, city planning and passive income. Experience: I bought my first rental property in 2004 and have been slowly growing a portfolio ever since. I have worked as a certified property manager in the past and I have a diploma in urban land economics specializing in property development.
