I'm a former commercial RE appraiser and also have experience in shopping center property management. My undergraduate degree is in finance with a real estate emphasis, and I'm currently a full-time bank examiner. While I am a numbers guy, I have an eye for design and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. My wife and I are househacking our first duplex in Wichita, KS with our three adorable kids and are working towards buying more rentals in the near future.
