Over the last few years my wife and I have tested real estate investing as our choice of investment tool. After purchasing our first property we've been hooked, and looking to gain knowledge with every deal we do. We are currently focused on multi-family properties as buy and hold, but open to single family property investing. I'm also interested in learning as much about creative financing as possible.
