New to real estate after spending many years driving neighborhoods as a "wannabe" investor! My goal is to do fix and flip properties and eventually transition to rentals/multi-family. Did a wholesale deal several months ago with an investor (even though I didn't know that was what it was called at the time) and decided real estate is the pathway to the lifestyle I desire.
