Hi I’m Greg Washington AKA Gregwashinvest. It all started when the housing market skyrocketed out of control in the Bay Area. That explosion propelled me into being a real estate Investor. I started with a Turn Key rental Property. I purchased it in June 2017 for $40k. I went through 6 months of cash flowing peace until one day it all stopped. I was able to pick myself up, study other methods of funding, and finally was able to buy my 2nd Investment property in August of 2018 for $49900. I am currently in the process of obtaining more funding in order to acquire another piece of property. I’m currently in my sophomore year, loving it, and definitely a work in progress.
