Genetics PhD candidate turned Real Estate Investor/Wholesaler. I left my Genetics PhD program in 2021 armed with the admittedly little knowledge I retained from Real Estate podcasts & books over the years. Nevertheless, I wanted to take a stab at doing the thing myself. I failed and struggled for over a year as an agent before trying some other niche's. In 2023 a friend and I started experimenting wholesaling residential vacant parcels of land in central and SWFL and have found enough success to build a wholesaling business together, GP CAPITAL RE INC.
