About myself
Professional photographer (http://www.gustavofernandez.com). Live in San Francisco. Own condo in Pleasant Hill, CA (30 miles away) and have been very successful at renting it on Airbnb for the last 5yrs full time. Looking to move to Miami, FL to be closer to my parents and purchase more properties there. Excited to learn more about turning my new investment opportunities into passive income streams.
