Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to this and looking forward to learning as much as I can. My current play is to wholesale as much as I can to create capital which I will then use to invest in my first duplex. I've had a single family that I rent out for several years but the numbers never pan out on that property. Anyway, I look forward to getting to know all of you guys.
