About myself
I am a total newbie to real estate, finished my first build a year ago. I'm house hacking by living in a separated casita and using the rest of the house for nightly rental. My goal is FI by age 30 and I think I can do that through real estate. I do solar sales and install in Las Vegas and live in St. George UT
