Ive been in real estate since I was 19, 2004, and my parents and I opened our own real estate and property management company in 2008. We manage 100 multi family for others and 300 single family. Right now my wife and I are in the middle of a live in flip, we have 2 Air Bnb's in Nob Hill, we have a condo rental on the west side and a 25 unit apartment complex we just listed for sale. That's a fun story :) We did a live in flip when we first got married 4 years ago and traded that house for the apartments. We’ve flipped a couple houses per year too. We're starting to talk about our next adventure. Lord knows what that will be!
