~Actively investing since 1998 when I read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad'. ~Member of Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH) since 1999. Currently serving as Membership Director on the Board. ~It's important to come face to face with other investors, have the attitude of a student, learn new techniques, and keep up with the changes in laws. ~The real estate business is fun-work. I enjoy connecting with people, resolving challenges and making money. ~I've been creating notes with mobile homes for several years; ready now to switch gears. ~My most important job in life is to be a blessing to others.
