My name is Haitham, I'm an investor from the Houston/Katy area. I currently work as a drilling engineer. Since 07/2012 I bought over 60 properties for rehabbing/flipping, and hold and cash flow. I recently switched gears to the note side of the real investing side, I was able to close on few deals but looking for more to come. the target is 25 notes by the end of 2017.
