Hang Taylor

I am a 47 year old woman with a 16 year son. Went back to school to earn my BA at 44 and now I work in a school district. Owning rental properties have been a long time dream of mine, but thought it was out of my reach. I want to have enough rental properties to retire on. My plan is to buy these properties and quickly pay off all mortgages. I want to learn all I can to be a great business woman and landowner/landlord. Though I am late to have rental properties to help for for my son's college tuition, I still hope I can still help him pay off the school debts later.
