I’m a recent college graduate and college real estate appraiser looking to invest in single family properties in Akron, OH, Oklahoma City, OK, Detroit, MI, and Minneapolis, MN, with strong cash and value add potential. I’m an avid cyclist whom uses that time to look at properties through the Minneapolis and St. Paul markets. My skill set is primarily analysis of properties, appraisals, and construction.
