I’m a realtor and a real estate investor. I first started out in real estate investing at just 18 years old in a partnership with my mom. Over the years we’ve done a number of deals from flipping houses to building spec homes (all of which range in price from $1M to $7.5M) in the beach cities of Orange County, California. After my start in SFRs, I transitioned into multifamily properties/apartment complexes-- I now work with clients that want SFRs, multifamily, apartment buildings, etc. I truly love helping people build wealth through real estate and got my real estate license to do so.
