I'm very new to the Real Estate Investing world. After serving 5 years of honorable service in the Marine Corps, I decided to get out of the military and chase my childhood dream of flying helicopters. I am currently in flight training and am an Instrument Rated Helicopter pilot, also a full-time college student working towards an MBA. I live in Bend, Oregon, which has a booming economy and exploding housing market. I recognized this fact and plan to take advantage of it. Although we have a blooming economy here, some folks are still feeling the effects of the recession and foreclosure rates are still relatively high. This makes it a prime area for wholesaling 'I believe'.
