Clinton Montgomery

I currently work with 6 different Private Hard Money Lenders in the Southwest USA region(Nevada, California, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado). I especially have lenders for the Las Vegas, NV market. Non-Owner occupied investment properties only. I am also a licensed real estate agent and happy to assist investors with buying or selling investment properties. I hold a BA as well as an MBA which gives me the tools to work with my clients in analyzing a potential investment and whether it is sound or not.
