Hardy G. Owens

Hello. We are Hardy and Jenee Owens. We are from metro Atlanta, Georgia. I am active duty military, currently serving in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. We are establishing ourselves along coastal Virginia and North Carolina markets. Our current strategy is to buy and hold SFR as long-term rentals. We've owned 3 SFR in the past, but are looking to add more, preferably through cash or mostly cash purchases. We love to learn and hope to always be teachable in an ever changing market. Please feel free to say hello!
