Real estate investor, mostly BRRR (it is very cold here in the winter) in the Bergen County area. Experience: 8 years of experience. Mostly rehabs and rentals (BRRR) of Multi-Family properties. Currently Seeking: I mostly look for partnerships as i learned this is the best way to grow the business on solid foundations. Relationships with new lenders, real estate agents and private lenders who seek passive income. I am also looking for other investors who are looking to share knowledge and resources.
