I served 6 years in the military as an aircraft mechanic. I have a degree in business management. I worked in financial advising for 1 year in Ann Arbor for Northwestern Mutual. My final job working for someone else was as the Vice President of sales of a national solar consulting firm in 2022. I have taught myself everything I know about real estate and construction through youtube, podcasts, asking questions, connecting to people, and trying and failing. I offer consulting for beginner investors who are looking for direction. I like long-term real estate and med-term real estate a lot and want to learn and connect more bout BRRR and buying very cheap homes to build equity in. I also plan on getting into multifamily for the next few properties. My goal is to clean up my city and own 100 million dollars of real estate by the time I am 70.
