Hi, Ever since I can remember I have wanted to enter the real estate market. Today I'm finally taking my first serious step. Aside from the hours spent staring at properties I cant afford... Ideally my goal is not for myself, but for my mother. She is retiring this year and I would love to have a place for her to retire to and feel like she can relax and finally enjoy the time she has off. After that I would like to venture into a more buy-to-let scenario. However, as we all know, we have to start somewhere and do some serious research. So, this is me, now. Looking for help and finally trying to make this dream a reality!
