Rental Property Investor
I am currently working as a civil engineer and new to BP community. I am looking into for small multi family as an initial investment around Virginia area. (Chesapeake, Newport News, Portsmouth, Norfolk). My current project is in Virginia so thinking to house hack as an initial option. I will start reading books and will try to network and grow my BP community friends. Any help/suggestions/tips are greatly appreciated.
