Hi Everyone, My name is Hasan and I'm from Palo Alto, CA. my focus in Real Estate Investing is identifying and managing breaking points of risk in stress testing MTR and LTR properties which are some my desired future investments. I enjoy studying risk as it lets me be comfortable in the choices I make rather than going off of gut instinct or stressing over what can happen. When I have that clear fallback if optimal or target numbers that don't work, I feel confident and happy in moving forward or pulling away from a deal.
