I built it to solve a problem I kept hearing from investors: finding real distressed-property opportunities in Northern Virginia takes hours of checking tax records, court filings, and auction notices separately, and most of what you find turns out to be stale or already gone. CueDeed pulls those public distress signals together, scores each property hot, warm, or cold with plain-English reasoning, and hands you a short list worth actually calling. Based in Northern Virginia, currently focused on Fairfax and Loudoun County.
