About myself
I am a new investor getting ready to rent my townhome located just across the street from the beach. This will be my first rental. I am interested in investing in multifamily from 5 to 50 units. I have a FL associate broker real estate license and have been an agent since 2006. Most of my working hours in the past have been dedicated to the aerospace industry. I just enrolled in the BiggerPockets Multifamily Bootcamp and look forward to my real estate investing journey.
