I currently own and manage 7 rental properties in the Spokane area. I am continually seeking creative ways to purchase and hold rental properties including the BRRR method, owner contracts, FHA loans, and conventional loans. I am a younger investor with limited capital to invest, but I am passionate and able to jump out of my comfort zone when it comes to investing. I am very interested in partnering and willing to learn. My generic end goal is to grow my real estate portfolio so I have enough passive income to live freely. I am constantly learning and educating myself through books, BP podcasts, youtube videos, and much more! My current favorite book is #MaxOut Your Life by Ed Mylett! With all the motivational information I learn, I try and implement at least 2 new things into my daily lifestyle. Fun Fact: I recently graduated with my MBA from Eastern Washington University and didn't learn a thing about real estate from it. I learned all about real estate through self education and my family.
