About myself
I am relatively new to real estate investing. I was bit by the bug about five years ago when I bought a single family home in Charlotte NC where I live. The property was a gut and my wife and I rehabbed the property and have been renting it out to the same tenants every since. I have been buying rehab jobs every since and renting them out. In 2017, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker/Realtor.
