My end game is to move to Orange County, CA and need more monthly income to do so. My boyfriend and I have been looking at the "how" to get there over the last 4ish years and changed while our "how" has changed many times over, our "what/why" has not. Enter real estate. He currently has seven doors with a friend. With how crazy the market was over the last year, I knew we had a lot of equity in our home and decided to sell it to reinvest netting us $100,000 to get started. After doing extensive research, I decided we should get into the commercial real estate realm and we currently have an accepted offer in on a 6 unit property in Zion, IL. Here's to getting started!
