I'm retiring from my first career as a full time program manager in the next few years, and I'm adding additional income streams from rental properties. My husband and I now have 4 SFH rentals. 2 in Texas and 2 in Indiana. Experience: 4 SFH rental properties: Austin, Corpus Christi, and Terre Haute, and experience house hacking in Austin, Corpus Christi, and Hutto. Real Estate Goals: Our Indiana BRRRR experience is doing well. I am now looking for one more property as a house hacking opportunity for my college age kids to begin building their own future incomes.
