I am an outdoor enthusiast that has been waiting a very long time to step into STR and properties I can use for getaways for myself and family. (Selling a home which allows me a decent amount of finances to put down on properties) I am a Psychiatric RN at a local hospital and county jail-working 1.5 days a week as a nurse. I also teach as an ordained minister in a small congregation. I have three adult sons and recently remarried in 2025 to an amazing man who happens to be a Real Estate Broker. I am not in a rush to purchase as the numbers have to work for me! However, I do remember Dolf Deroos stating, ‘The deal of the decade comes along once a week!’ So-I am here to learn and prepare myself for my first deal! My plan is to start in Colorado. Then pursue Wyoming and Idaho. I want to be able to drive to my properties to start with. In the future I will pursue: Texas and Florida…perhaps Iowa as I already have farm land there I am renting.
