About myself
I have been a part time RE investor since 2006 with the following: I bought a rental SFR (Austin, TX) in 2006 for my newborn son. The property was rented out on yearly leases until I fully rehabbed it in 2022. I am currently renting it as a MTR. I bought a rental Duplex (Bentonville, AR) in 2019. I am renting them out as LTR's. I converted my personal SFR in California into a LTR when I moved to New Hampshire.
